Septic Tank Pump Replacement

When a septic system's pump fails, wastewater doesn't move the way it's supposed to. We replace it and get the system working again.

A septic system with a pump-out chamber relies on that pump to move wastewater from the tank to the drain field. When the pump fails, wastewater can back up toward the house or fail to reach the drain field at all.

Signs the pump may have failed

Slow drains throughout the house, a septic alarm going off, standing water or odor near the tank or drain field, or a noticeably quiet pump that should be cycling — any of these are worth a call before it becomes an emergency.

What replacement involves

We diagnose whether it's the pump itself, a float switch, or the control panel before replacing anything, so you're paying for the actual fix.

On price: every job gets a real look before a number, so requesting your estimate is the fastest honest way to find out what yours costs.

Tim was referred to me and I live a distance from his location, but he was at my property in record time to open up my frozen septic line. He offered suggestions as to how I could prevent this problem in the future. I would highly recommend TPU!

Tim did a great job of rescuing me when the pipes from our house to our septic system froze solid. I loved that he was able to help so quickly and thoroughly. Great job, Tim!

He was awesome had to come out on a Saturday because pipe going to septic was clogged overflowing into the basement and he taught me some things I didn’t know and was a good experience and a very reasonable price

Questions

Septic Tank Pump Replacement FAQs

Symptoms like slow drains, an alarm, or standing water near the tank can point to a few different causes. We diagnose the pump, float switch, and control panel before recommending a replacement.

02 Is this an emergency?

A septic alarm or wastewater backing up toward the house should be treated as urgent — call rather than wait.

03 Do you service the whole septic system or just the pump?
