Gregg was just as professional and efficient, and quickly got the line cleared without any issues. I really appreciated the teamwork and communication between them. We fought our Main drain on "our side" of the -City Sewer System- for a week with a hand snake. .. then another week with a hundred foot power snake .. then we called Tim's. An hour later we were back to flushing Clorox Wipes half a roll at a time. Thanks Tim.. I guess I'll see ya next year!

Greg, the plumber that came out, was on time, courteous, patiently explained the work involved (old house, tricky fix), and carefully cleaned the work site before he left.
